By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.

When you place an order on line, you will be sent an automated email confirming receipt of your order. The fact that you have received an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.
Every effort is made to ensure your product is in stock however we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
If we cannot deliver part of an order within the timeframe indicated on our product information we contact you and either;
• Offer you a new delivery date.
• Offer you an equivalent product.
• Offer you a refund for the item.
• Deliver order with the missing item to follow.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT and are those current at the date of payment. Listed prices are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
Goods will be dispatched on completion of payment.

• Delivery to U.K. mainland addresses only

Delivery to U.K. addresses on orders is expected to take 3 to 5 days following cleared funds in our account.
Any delays will be notified by either email or phone.
Next working day cannot be guaranteed.
We strongly recommend that upon delivery the product is checked thoroughly. It is mandatory that the bicycle is assembled by a professional and qualified technician.
Condition of the bikes are brand new and sealed in a box. The bikes come 85% to 90% built, fitting of pedals, stem/bars, handle bars, front wheel, front brake cable & seat required. Gears (if any) & brakes also require some adjustment.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their bicycle is serviced before they ride it and every 6 months.
Note your on-line purchase does not include a free finsbury cycles service. This is only available for goods purchased in-store.

After sales technical support line available (Tel: +44 207 263 0007) for all on-line purchases. Please note this does result in proof of assembly by a professional and qualified bicycle technician and does not validate your warranty. This service is only to assist in answering basic questions regarding the assembly of your bicycle.
If any of the goods become defective by reason of defects in manufacturing or workmanship within a period of 12 months from the dispatch date, we will contact the manufacturer to provide replacement parts and repair the goods (at our option).
The warranty is conditional on the goods being accompanied by proof of assembly by a professional and qualified bicycle technician.
For a replacement of goods to be considered, the goods must be returned with all original packaging.
All products carry a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
Warranty is invalidated in the event of misuse, wear and tear or accidental damage.
Goods which have been self-assembled in error will not be refunded or exchanged.
No refunds, exchange only except in the event of a manufacturers defect where we offer a full refund.
Retail customers are entitled to return the goods if not entirely satisfied within a period of 7 days from date of delivery of the good(s) to you only if the product has a manufacturers defect and is returned to us in showroom condition. If you would like to return goods please call us to obtain a returns or exchange form which must be fully completed and enclosed with the goods.
Any returned product is your responsibility until it is received by us; therefore we recommend you return it via a secure delivery method requiring signature on delivery. We will not be liable for the cost of any returns and re-dispatch postage.
Please contact us by telephone during working hours before returning any faulty item, where we will talk you through a few basic checks to confirm whether the problem is with the product, or the lack of familiarity with it.
It is our aim to ensure customer satisfaction, however we realise that problems can sometimes occur. We always appreciate feedback from customers and aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced quickly and fairly.
